The Everything DiSC® Certification course is a two-week immersive experience that includes five self-directed online learning modules and four virtual, instructor-led sessions.

Learners will:

• Gain understanding of the Everything DiSC model, theory, research and key principles 
• Learn the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities
• Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session 
• Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture 
• Receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.

This program is hosted and delivered by Wiley. (Sepp6 is also authorized to facilitate this program.)

This self-directed learning course contains 2-3 hours of online, engaging activities on the Everything DiSC Training Center, where you  work through the course at your own pace.

As a result of the Everything DiSC Essentials course, you will:

• Learn how to select from the Everything DiSC suite of reports that meet your specific needs
• Understand how to respond to the most commonly asked questions about the DiSC model 
• Be able to interpret an Everything DiSC report result 
• Discover strategies to enhance a learner's DiSC experience

Included in this option

1. Access to the online Essentials course
2. EPIC account where you can issue and manage DiSC reports
3. The DiSC Manual (in depth manual on DiSC theory and proper interpretation of the tool)
4. A 1.5-hour introduce session to the EPIC platform where you will issue yourself a report
5. Ongoing support as you apply DiSC in your learning environments

Cost:  $925

Attend a Sepp6 open train-the-trainer (virtual and in-person) or assemble a group of facilitators/coaches to be trained in using DiSC.  

Sepp6 provides customized training that can meet your specific learning needs. The intention is for you to be Ready to Go to facilitate DiSC learning.

In addition to learning about DiSC history and research, you will become an Authorized DiSC Facilitator, where you can issue DiSC reports in your branded account.
