Build more effective workplaces through the powerful suite of DiSC tools
Learn how to use the versatile and powerful Everything DiSC® online assessment tools to strengthen workplace relationships and build communication skills. Participants will learn about DiSC theory, how to use it in conversation with clients and how to identify client needs that may be served by the well researched, respected instrument.
We will focus on the foundation Workplace report, which can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace. We will also review follow-up reports, and you will be introduced to other applications you will have access to that can increase management skills, develop leaders, strengthen teams, improve culture and make conflict more productive.
Participants will:
- Understand the DiSC model, theory and Workplace report
- Complete the DiSC Workplace assessment in preparation for the training
- Receive an EPIC online administrator account and guidance on how to issue, brand and manage DiSC reports, plus discounted pricing
- Explore Catalyst, the newest DiSC learning platform
- Experience ongoing support, materials and resources received after the training
- Learn about other DiSC tools that focus on management skills, develop leaders, manage more productive conflict and strengthen teams
- Receive certification as an Authorized DiSC Facilitator through Sepp6
- Earn 8 ICF CCEUs within the RD category

Deliver the Simple yet Powerful Five Behaviors program to create Cohesive Teams
Explore The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ -- a model that helps participants better understand how individual personalities contribute to a team's dynamic and team success. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the 5B program connects a team to the 5 Behaviors, and what a team looks like when practicing them, and when they don't - and how team members can transform into a high functioning, cohesive team.
