DiSC Credentialing

This online course, designed for experienced HR/OD Professionals, Facilitators & Coaches, includes 3 live sessions that will immerse you in the principles of the DiSC model, supporting research and application for both group and 1:1 settings. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials to deliver DiSC, with a focus on the foundational Workplace report.

You will clearly understand the distinguishing traits of the different DiSC styles and be able to respond to commonly asked questions as you deliver meaningful programs. As well, you will learn of the variety of reports available to you in your own branded account, to see how you have broadened your toolkit.

• Module 1: The DiSC model (1.5 hours)
  • Understand the Everything DiSC model and theory
  • Know how to respond to the most commonly asked questions about DiSC 
  • Compare/discuss DiSC vis a vis other assessment tools/theories
  • Have a general understanding of the research beneath the DiSC model
  • Understand how DiSC can be a tool that values diversity
• Module 2: Understanding one report  (2 hours)
  • Become versed with the Everything DiSC Workplace report
  • Be able to interpret an Everything DiSC report result
  • Be ready to debrief an Everything DiSC Workplace report
  • Be able to respond to a client who does not resonate with their results
  • Understand how DiSC can increase resilience and leadership
• Module 3: Working with groups/teams (2 hours)
  • Learn ways to engage participants in learning about self, others and team dynamic
  • Consider how to navigate scenarios that may come up during a group session
  • Discuss potential outcomes and take-aways for teams 
  • Understand how DiSC can increase team resilience
• Credential 
  • Participants will become an Authorized DiSC Coach (Sepp6)
  • Participants will receive ICF CCEUs (# TBD)

Additionally, there may be pre-work between sessions.

As a result of attending this program, you will:

• Understand the DiSC model, theory and Workplace report
• Complete the DiSC Workplace assessment in preparation for the training
• Receive an EPIC online administrator account and guidance on how to issue, brand and manage DiSC reports, plus receive discounted pricing
• Explore Catalyst, the newest DiSC learning platform
• Experience ongoing support, materials and resources after the training
• Overview other DISC assessments on management, leadership, conflict, cohesive teams, agility/emotional intelligence
• Become an Authorized DiSC Facilitator through Sepp6
• Earn 6 ICF CCEUs within the RD category

Make it a group event and learn with your colleagues.  Add a facilitation kit of your choice (materials include powerpoint decks, videos, scripts with activities). Total cost would be $7450.
