EPIC allows you to brand your reports with your company name, logo and contact information. EPIC stores your credits (the currency for DiSC reports) and gives you 24/7/365 access to issue, manage and retrieve reports you issue and track completed profiles and raters.
Personalize and Brand your EPIC Acoount
Personalize your EPIC account, branding it for respondents. Use the link above to access EPIC Help on most EPIC functions, including personalizing your account, or download the EPIC Start Guide below.
Gather this information when issuing DiSC reports. When issuing for large group, use an Excel Spreadsheet (downloads below, and sample of general and 360 spreadsheet shown at right) to collect names, making issuing reports a breeze.
Information needed:
A template message (as pictured to the right) will be sent to those you issue a report to, unless you select to send a custom email. Here is a sample language for a custom email:
You will find the link below to complete your DiSC assessment. As mentioned, we will be using the DiSC report for our team meeting on March 14. DiSC is a well researched and respected team development tool that enhances collaboration and strengthens relationships. Please commit 10-15 minutes of uninterrupted time to answer the questions, considering them from a workplace perspective, completing the report by March 18. You will receive the report immediately upon completion. Bring a hard copy with you to the March 24 meeting. If you have any questions, please contact company POC or you at this email address.
If an email can't seem to get to your respondent, try sending them an email from your email account instead of EPIC.
You will need to find out the access code by going into EPIC and searching for that report. The access code is listed among the fields shown (you can find this in Manage Reports > Edit Existing Reports or Resend Login Information.)
Instructions to provide in your email to respondent:
To begin responding, please go to:https://www.inscape-epic.com
and supply the following personalized Access Code: (10 digit Access code #)
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Customize reports to suit your facilitation and clients. Want to change the name of the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Profile to something Situational Leadership Guide? EPIC lets you do exactly that!
In EPIC, go to Personal Options > Manage Report Tailoring > Create a New Tailored Report.
Choose the report you want to customize. Then select “Use custom Program Name” and type in the information you would like to list on the report cover. You can even go one step further and rearrange the page order or remove pages of the report if you wish! You can always preview your report before making it final.
Check out EPIC help, where you can see video or written instructions with screenshots, download all EPIC instructions and search for any item in question.
Here are some helpful tips for using EPIC:
----EPIC LEARNER REGISTRATION----
To stay current with industry best practices around data protection and privacy, respondents will now need to create an account using an email address and password prior to taking an assessment. See attachment for more information and FAQs.
------GDPR-----
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens. It was approved and adopted by the EU Parliament in April 2016 and went into effect May 2018. It is meant to provide protection of EU citizens’ private information. The EU member states are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
GDPR protects lots of information about a person that we don’t necessarily collect. For your purposes the most relevant information protected includes an individual’s data collected for profiling, name, email address, telephone number, login name, gender/race, and geographical data.
You can activate a data privacy acceptance checkbox for all those whom you issue a DiSC or 5 Behaviors report. This allows potential respondents to view and consent to providing personal data before taking the assessment.
See the PDF explaining that option below. If you’d like this turned on for your accounts, let me know, sally@sepp6.com.
