It all starts with a Growth Edge Interview -- a 90-minute conversation about something timely and important. While the conversation isn't meant to be classical coaching (bringing you to new awarenesses to help you meet a goal), you may find it enlightening as you are brought to the edges of your understanding; and in that, understand yourself and your challenges differently.
The Growth Edge interview leads to a report with a deep assessment of the "you are here" spot, and invites you to see development areas that can help you meet differently the responsibilities and demands of your role. Then, within coaching conversations, we can discuss introducing new ways of organizing around situations/concepts, helping you clarify decisions during challenging times.
This valuable learning is about supporting you to think and act in new ways -- changing the way you know (transformation), not just what you know (information) so you can more powerfully bring out the best in yourself and others.
